NeurekaLab did not start as a product hunch. It comes out of research into how the brain learns to read and to calculate, and what happens when that learning goes wrong.
Who is behind it
The solution comes out of research at the University of Barcelona and the University of Vic — Central University of Catalonia, within the Technology, Inclusion and Health group. The work is published in peer-reviewed journals and can be checked: every reference carries a DOI where one exists.

Earlier detection
Difficulties surface in years where intervention is still straightforward, rather than at late diagnosis.
Comparable criteria across schools
It stops depending on how alert each team happens to be: every school looks at the same things, in the same way.
What it does not promise
It is worth being plain, because you will be asked: NeurekaLab is not a diagnostic test and does not replace assessment by a professional. It detects indicators and guides intervention; clinical diagnosis belongs to those qualified to make it. Nor does it on its own resolve the social causes of school failure. It addresses one part of the problem — learning to read and to calculate.
