3 formats, the same tracking
Each child gets activities matched to their level, which adapt to their daily progress. They can do them in the app or on paper worksheets. To mark the paper, just take a photo: the results go into the system and the next activities adjust.
Choose the option that best fits your needs
Paper
With a photo of the worksheet, the result is recorded for tracking and assessing learning. A personalised work plan is built by analysing the child’s daily progress.
App
Recording accuracy and response time is what drives the tracking and assessment of learning. A personalised work plan is built by analysing the child’s daily progress.
App + paper
Results from the app and from paper are merged automatically. Progress is analysed taking response time into account, and a personalised work plan is built by analysing the child’s daily progress.
The screen as a tool, not an end in itself.
It is a resource that can be chosen or not, depending on each user’s needs or preferences. If the app or app + paper format is chosen, we set a very limited amount of time: the aim is to improve academic performance.
How does the paper format work?

- You receive personalised worksheets for each pupil in your profile.
- From the photo and the QR code, we analyse the results.
- We collect the data and track progress so you can review it. You can also generate more worksheets if you need them.
What is the app like?
Designed for children aged 5 to 12, it combines personalisation, play and scientific evidence to improve reading, maths, attention and memory — on screen when it helps, on paper when it matters.

FAQS
Frequently asked questions
What is NeurekaLab?
An educational platform born from University of Barcelona and UVic-UCC research that assesses and supports the learning of children aged 5-12: reading, maths, attention and working memory, with personalised practice on screen and on paper.
What ages is it designed for?
For children aged 5 to 12, with activities that adapt automatically to each child's age and profile.
Is it only for children with difficulties?
No. Assessment is universal and activities are personalised for every profile, including gifted pupils. We work without separating or labelling.
Which areas does it work on?
Reading, numerical processing and calculation, sustained attention and working memory: the four essential learning skills.
Who is the platform for?
Schools, families and professionals (psychologists, speech therapists, educational psychologists), each with their own tool and reports.
What devices can I use?
A tablet or computer with a web browser; the family app is available for phone and tablet. Work can also be done on paper: worksheets are marked from a photo and tracking continues just the same.
Does NeurekaLab use artificial intelligence?
Yes, but we do not use third-party generative AI models. Children’s data is not shared with external companies.
How are paper worksheets marked?
By a model that runs on the phone or tablet used to take the photo. The full photo is not sent, and the name and personal details on the worksheet are never sent. The information is not shared with third parties.
Is children’s data used to train other companies’ AI?
No. Children’s data is not shared with external companies.
