What ages is it designed for?

Is it only for children with difficulties?
No. It is just as useful for children who are doing well and want to consolidate the basics as it is for those who need a boost or extra support in a particular area.
Which areas do you work on exactly?
Reading, number processing and calculation, sustained attention and working memory (along with tracking progress in these skills).
Does NeurekaLab replace school or specialist learning support?
No. It is a complement: it helps you understand needs and provide structured, personalised support. Where there is a diagnosis or clinical intervention, it can work as coordinated support.
How long does it take to notice improvements?
It depends on the starting point and on consistency. What matters most is seeing sustained progress in specific skills, not “magic results” in a few days.
How will I know whether it is working?
Through progress reports: you will see how your child is developing, what is being consolidated and what still needs work (in plain language for families).
How much time a day should it be used for?
Sessions are short and regular (15 minutes a day at most). We set this screen-time limit because it is essential that it is quality time with a clear educational purpose.
How many days a week do you recommend?
Ideally 3–5 days a week, to build the habit of reading and calculation.
Can my child do it alone or do I need to sit with them?
Children are able to do the activities on their own. It is very important that they are the ones giving the answers.
Can I share the results with the class teacher or the school?
Yes, if you would like to. In fact, it can help to align the support your child gets at home and in the classroom.
Does NeurekaLab use artificial intelligence?
Yes, but we do not use third-party generative AI models. Children’s data is not shared with external companies.
Is children’s data used to train other companies’ AI?
